・配送方法 

ご注文頂いた商品は、原則営業日1~3日以内での発送となります。発送後に発送完了メールをお送り致します。

予約販売の商品に関しましては、商品ページに記載の期間に発送となりますので、ご注意ください。

 We usually ship within 1-3 working days after your payment is confirmed. When we ship the products, we will contact you.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped in the period that is as described on the product page. 

 

・送料

国内配送の場合：全国一律　¥1,000(税込)

海外配送の場合：一律　¥3,000(税込) ※国際便は、関税がかかる場合がございます。

For international shipping, the shipping fee is ¥3,000(JPY) and there is a possibility that you need to pay the custom duty. 

 

 

・原則、お客様都合による返品・交換は、お受けできません。

We do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.

・商品ページ上に「返品可」の記載がある商品については、商品到着後から１週間以内でしたら返品可能となります。ご返品の際は、Contact Usまでご連絡ください。

※返送に関わる送料が別途発生致します。

※使用した商品・タグを外した商品の返品・交換はお受けできませんので、ご注意ください。

※国内配送の場合に限ります。

・万が一不良品があった場合、商品到着後から１週間以内にContact Us までご連絡の上、送料着払いにて納品書を同梱の上ご返送ください。良品と交換させて頂きます。ご返品はできかねますのでご了承ください。また、交換できる商品の在庫がない場合は、やむを得なく返品させて頂くことがございます。

We will exchange the products if any defects are found. Please send us message from the page "Contact Us" and return within one week from the delivery. If there is no stock that can exchange, we will give you refund.

 

キャンセルについて

注文確定後のキャンセル、変更は原則受け付けておりませんので、ご注文の際はお気を付けください。

 Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order after it is confirmed.
